Modern tool machinery for state-of-the-art dies
Innovations in material and process technology
Sophisticated shapes are required to create sophisticated designs. The extruded and forged dies developed in-house are also manufactured here. Innovative process technologies such as electric and wire electric discharge machining, and manual finishing are our strengths. To be able to achieve the same tolerances for the end product time and again across many thousands of items, we construct complex multi-component dies made from tool steels with a high level of stability. Volume changes to copper materials that are processed when hot are already included in the tool dimensions. Simulation processes contribute to ensuring the dies are designed correctly.
Our in-house tool manufacturing includes processing tool steels using a variety of procedures such as electric discharge machining, wire electric discharge machining and milling, to name but a few. Wherever expertise is required, we have the qualified employees, the necessary experience and the best possible technology. And we always have the same motto: You can achieve so much more as a team! |
Quality for your success!
The name OTTO FUCHS is synonymous with quality and the company has been a pioneer in the industry for many years. Awards for quality and the satisfaction of our customers inspire our employees to develop new ideas and give their best performance - and we are happy to provide proof of this in black and white with our DIN ISO test certificates at any time.
Synchroniser rings
A sporty ride and comfortable gear change - improved properties as a result of injected carbon rings and structure rings
In manual (and automatic) gearboxes, and modern double-clutch gearbox systems, synchroniser rings ensure that the speed of the gear wheels is adapted (synchronised) by means of friction before the gears can be changed. OTTO FUCHS has been producing forged synchroniser rings from special brass materials for some 60 years. more
